Introduction:

Ramana Maharishi was a very popular saint who lived in Tiruvannamalai. Ramana Ashram is very popular among Indian and foreign devotees. It is being visited by thousands of devotees everyday. Seshadri Swamigal was also a saint and was contemporary to Ramana Maharishi. He also lived in the holy city of Tiruvannamalai. When Ramana came to Tiruvannamalai as a small boy, Seshadri Swamigal was one among those who supported and helped him.

Near Ramana Ashram, Seshadri Swamigal Ashram is located. It is divinely beautiful and the location is very serene and calm. The samadhi of Swamigal is located in the ashram. The accommodation for the devotees is also provided in this ashram.

Putlur Angala Parameswari Temple - Chennai

Angala Parameswari Temple in Putlur, near  Chennai  city of South India, is a unique temple. The Goddess is in the form of a pregnant woman in this temple. The icon of Angala Parameswari is believed to be self-manifested, called swayambhu.  As per the legend, a village head tortured a poor for borrowed money.
